Ombrè Powder Brows is a different technique from Microblading. With Ombrè we create a misty, powder filled brow like that of make up as opposed to stimulated hair. The tails of the brow are darker, and fade into a light start to the brow, giving the perfect ombrè make up effect.

Ombrè Powder Brows $350

Touch Up $100 (6-8 weeks from initial appointment)

Annual Touch UP $150 (a year from initial appointment)

ombrè Powder brows

Ombrè is a PERMANENT POWDERED BROW technique for clients who prefer fuller results than hair-like strokes like that of, Microblading, but still very soft. It is a 2-part process; the 1st is the application process & 2nd, the touch up application, 6 to 8 weeks later.

The effects are waterproof, smudge-proof and completely realistic. It lasts longer than mircroblading, typically around 3 years on average, depending on your skin type, lifestyle and various other factors. Over time, the pigment will fade leaving the skin and your natural Brows behind.

TOUCH UP’s

Touch up must be 6 to 8 weeks apart from the initial appointment

Touch up is always recommended to complete the Ombrè Powder Brow look since it is a 2 step process, this is when you need or want your touch up to make any correction and/or add more pigment.

Brows will hardly be perfect after just one session

Any changes can be made on the touch up session, so do not panic :)

AFTERCARE

It’s important NOT TO GET THE BROWS WET DURING THE HEALING PROCESS (10-14)

Wash brows with an anti-bacterial soap 3-4 times before going to sleep. (Wash 1st day only) Pat dry & use Witch Hazel pads ( MAKE SURE YOU PAT & NOT WIPE). When applying ointments, the following procedure is done each morning and night before a shower or workout for the FULL 10 DAYS: You dab each brow with a Witch Hazel pad morning & night. However, on day 3 when scab starts to appear, DO NOT WIPE-ONLY DAB TILL DRY, you must be gentle. DO NOT PICK SCABS PREMATURELY. Your brows should remain moist ALL DAY & NIGHT. Following this procedure will ensure the formation of thin scabs thus more retention. Keep OUT OF THE SUN FOR 14 DAYS. Wear sunscreen to protect the longevity of your tattoo.

As instructed apply the ointments with freshly washed hands or Q-TIP. NEVER TOUCH THE PROCEDURE AREA WITHOUT WASHING YOUR HANDS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE. It is very important to keep the brows covered with ointment while in the shower or during a strenuous workout to prevent moisture from penetrating. Remove ointment per above instructions.

DO NOT SCRUB! RUB! OR PICK at the epithelial crust that forms. Allow it to flake off by itself. If it is removed before it is ready, the pigment underneath it can be pulled out.

DO NOT USE ANY MAKEUP ON THE BROW FOR AT LEAST 14 DAYS!

After the procedure is completely healed, you may go back to your regular cleansing & make up routine. Avoid SCRUBBING the area. Use SUN BLOCK after the procedure area is healed to protect from sun fading.

Lips are a main focal point; just like eyebrows of course! Very few people have perfectly symmetrical lips to begin with. As we age, lips can become thinner and lose their natural luster and color.

lip blush tattoo

L I P Blush Tattoo, enhances the natural shape of your lips, giving them that boost of vitally and color. It is an extremely popular, semi-permanent makeup treatment providing a flush of color as well as defining the contours of the lip.

There is a wide selection of pigments that are available to help enhance the natural lip color as well as suit your preferences. These will help provide a subtle color boost and create definition, correct medical asymmetry and even camouflage scars.

Your lips will look slightly larger than normal and look as though you may have had a slight lip filler injection. The degree of this varies from person to person. For most clients, the swelling happens in a few hours or instantly. However, the lip color will look quite dark, like lipstick. You need to know that the size of your lips will shrink back to normal and the color will significantly fade up to 50% within the first 4 days. You will lose color on the inside of your lips first, the edges last. Right after the procedure lips normal feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch. Lips will feel better with each day.

Once I have outlined your lip shape & get your approval of your lips shape & color, an anesthetic cream is applied to minimize discomfort. Selected pigments are then poured or blended and deposited into the skin with a very fine needle via a small handheld cosmetic tattoo device.

benefits of permanent lip blush

  • Lips appear more defined without surgery or fillers

  • Restores color to lips that have become pale

  • Corrects blurred lip lines

  • Covers scars and hyperpigmentation

  • No more “bleeding” lipsticks

  • Make lips appear fuller and larger

  • Eliminates the daily use of pencils to outline, fill-in, or reshaping lip bordersHow will my lips look after the procedure?

L I P Blush Tattoo procedures take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours, as the lips are more prone to swelling during the treatment. If this should occur, swelling will quickly fade and will disappear completely within 1 to 5 days after the procedure. Many enjoy this swelling look & feel, but it does go away. Everyone is different, so some clients might swell more compared to others.

Does it hurt?

Of all permanent makeup procedures, the permanent lip enhancement procedure is the most sensitive. However, we do numb your lips prior to and throughout the procedure with a highly effective medical grade Lidocaine for your comfort.

Can I get tattooed if I am pregnant or nursing?

As a precaution, I will not perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant or nursing women.

How long is the healing process?

Expect moderate swelling, usually 1 to 3 days following the procedure. Scabs will make the lips feel thick. Lips will fade up to 50% after the first 5 days. While healing, the tattoo will look spotty. This is due to oxidation of the pigment and the redness of the skin. 2 or 3 permanent makeup applications may be required to achieve the desired results. A TouchUp appointment 6 to 8 weeks later after your first initial appointment is necessary in order to achieve that richness of color, achieve symmetry and density in the shape.

Are you Cold Sore Prone?

For those considering this service, if you EVER gotten a Cold Sore or get them occasionally, it is recommended you take L-Lysine from over the counter or Valtrex a prescription you’ll have to ask from your physician. This is to help avoid Cold Sores from developing after the treatment.

Are you allergic to nickle?

My cosmetic machine uses needles made of nickel. A patch test can be performed before your treatment to ensure you are not allergic.

PRE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Pre Care Instructions are designed & MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. It is highly beneficial to follow these instructions to ensure a comfortable healing process and to achieve the best possible results.

  • DO NOT RUB OR PICK the healing area as the color will peel off prematurely, and avoid extreme heat, sweating and contaminated bodies of water (such as saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, pools, lakes, and places with hot humidity, etc.).

  • DO NOT workout 24 hours before procedure

  • NO ALCOHOL, CAFFEINE, OR STIMULANTS 48 HOURS BEFORE PROCEDURE (YES, there is caffeine in decaf coffee and tea!)

  • Avoid SUN and TANNING one week prior to procedure

  • Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 48 hours before procedure

  • Avoid Fish Oil, Primrose Oil, Prenatal Vitamins, Nutritional Shakes (Shakeology, etc.), “Hair, Skin, Nail” Supplements for a minimum of 48 hours prior to procedure.

  • Discontinue Retin-A, and Alpha Hydoxy Acid (AHA) at least 6 weeks prior

  • Must wait 4 months after lip fillers and 6 weeks after touch-up. It is possible to have poor color retention in lips that have had collagen injections within 4 months, and within a year of Restylane. There is the risk of pigment migration along the lip line if you have had Restylane.

  • Wait 6 months after a lip implant

  • Avoid the following herbs and spices 48 hours before procedure: ginger, cinnamon, garlic, black and cayenne pepper.

Excessing bleeding and sensitivity during the procedure will dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

**Having this service performed during your menstrual cycle may increase discomfort during your procedure.

**If you are a frequent smoker or “sun worshipper” the topical anesthetics used during the treatment may not last as long and also can lead to poor retention and poor lasting results.

Post CARE for the next 7 days after procedure

During healing, the lip pigments used will revert back to their original state, which is a powder. Lip tattooing does not replace makeup. In fact, it is advised to wear some type of lip-gloss to enrich the color tattooed. Lips will vary in color on a daily basis and change color during the day. This depends on if we are hot or cold. Even if we are well hydrated or not.

***Right after the procedure lips normally feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch. Lips will feel better with each day.

  • Apply supplied ointment on lips several times a day. This should be done for at least 14 days post treatment. Do not allow lips to become dry. This may interfere with healed color. During the day if lips feel dry, apply a light layer of ointment. Make sure to dab on lips, do not rub in.

  • Itching is normal, DO NOT PICK!

  • NO soaps, cleansing creams, or chemical on lips. Wash your face carefully avoiding the lip area for 7 days.

  • Avoid moisutre to the lips such as Hot Soup, Hot Cocoa, or Hot Coffee for 5 days. Drink everything through a straw until lips completely peel. DO NOT stretch lips.

  • Avoid water on the new pigmented areas as much as possible, the first 7 day. (when showering, washing face, etc. have ointment on the pigmented area to protect lips from water). Do not stand in front of shower head when showering.

  • Avoid facials, swimming and or hot tubs for at least 5 days.

  • Before brushing your teeth, seal lips with ointment first. No whitening toothpaste (during the healing process). Use a small amount of toothpaste.

  • Do not bleach your teeth while your lips are healing (about 2 weeks).

  • You may apply an ice pack (which must be protected with a wet barrier film of paper towel, towel or cloth) for 10-minute intervals for the first 48 hours. Ice may be applied every hour or so, if desired. Do not put ice directly on area.

  • Do not expose the lips to direct sunlight (tanning or tanning bed) for 4 weeks. This is new skin and will sunburn easily and direct sun prematurely may also cause scarring. Use a lip gloss with sunblock of at least 30 SPF to protect the lips when outdoors.

  • Chapstick may be used on the lips after the 2nd week.

  • You may wear lipstick after the first week, make sure the tube of lipstick is new.

  • Do not bite into greasy, oily, salty or spicy foods, rather cut them up and place them into your mouth.

  • While eating, do not constantly wipe your lips with a napkin or keep licking your lips at this will impede the healing process. DO NOT PICK dry healing tissue or you WILL remove there pigment color!

  • Sleeping slightly elevated will help prevent swelling. It’s recommended to sleep on your back on a satin pillowcase. If the pillowcase is not satin, you may also wrap your pillowcase at night and replace with a fresh wrap in the morning. This keeps pigment from sticking to the pillowcase at night.

  • No smoking while lips are healing! (Approximately 2 weeks)

  • No kissing, rubbing or friction on you newly tinted lips until the area is totally healed or else you will lose tinting (about 2 weeks)

  • Avoid Retin-A, and Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) near lips to prevent pramature fading.

  • Lips may be dry for 3 to 5 months depending on the body reaction.

Color can last up to 3 years.

****Expect moderate swelling, usually 1 to 3 days following the procedure. Scabs will make the lips feel thick. Lips will fade up to 50% after the first 5 days. While healing, the tattoo will look spotty. This is due to oxidation of the pigment and the redness of the lips. 2 or 3 permanent makeup applications may be required to achieve the desired results.

The following Pre and Post-Care for lips will affect how quickly or slowly you heal. Mature age, poor diet, stress, smoking excessive alcohol consumption, age, general health, sleep/fatigue. The more fatigued you are the lower your immune system is and infection is more likely to occur. Please get plenty of rest and drink lots of water to hydrate prior to procedure.

****Please be patient. Cosmetic tattooing is a multiple-step appointment process with a healing time of approximately 6 weeks in between touchup appointmetns.

TANNING WILL LIGHTEN ANY PIGMENTED AREA OVER TIME, SO USE A SUNBLOCK 30+ WHEN TANNING. It is best to fully cover your cosmetic tattoo with a hat once your have healed to avoid premature fading. FAILURE TO FOLLOW PRE OR POST TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS MAY CAUSE LOSS OF PIGMENT, DISCOLORATION OR INFECTION.

Day 1 (Day of the Procedure)

It is very important to remove the lymph fluid from the surface of the skin in order to avoid heavy scabbing. Before bed, if the lips still have some dry lymph, rinse with luke warm water, gently removing the dry lymph, pat dry and apply “After Inked” Healing Ointment. Sometimes the lips can bruise even after the procedure. Bruising will subside within 24 hours post procedure.

Day 2-7

The lips may be swollen the second day as well. Only ice the lips the first 24-48 hours to help with swelling. Keep the skin moist at all times with the ointment, do not let the lips dry out. Continue to apply ointment every 30 minutes, as needed throughout the day. Again, DO NOT let the lips dry out.
